After years working across every stage of the campaign lifecycle, founder Ashley Baronfeld saw firsthand how often those areas operate separately despite sharing the same goals. The company’s perspective is built from more than two decades inside the industry spanning tours, venues, residencies, festivals, and live events, including national marketing leadership across thousands of tours and one-off shows at Live Nation Entertainment and executive marketing leadership at Icon Concerts.
The result is marketing that is more connected, operationally aligned, and actively worked on to support stronger campaigns, sustainable audience growth, and long-term revenue performance.
About Ashley Baronfeld
Ashley Baronfeld has spent more than 20 years in live entertainment marketing, working across every level of the business. She spent nearly a decade in national marketing at Live Nation Entertainment, overseeing campaigns across thousands of tours and one-off shows. She went on to serve as Vice President of Marketing at Icon Concerts before founding AshBar Advisors to bring that experience directly to the independent side of the industry.
Her work spans venues, independent promoters, touring artists, and talent agencies, with a focus on building the kind of marketing structure and coordination that independent organizations rarely have access to at the senior level.
